Das Produkt funktioniert gut, bloss dass es sich nach dem Schweissen nur mit viel Kraft wieder öffnen lässt. Dabei nimmt die Gummi Dichtung Schaden. Mache ich etwas falsch in der Anwendung? Freundliche Grüsse aus dem Elsass Marc Lenzlinger 0033 671 40 15 93

Wenn man sous vide machen möchte und einen Stick bestellt - gleich mitbestellen
Andere geeignete Beutel funktionieren sicher auch. Wenn man was Neues probiert, empfiehlt es sich aber alle Parameter passend zu haben - so auch verschiedene Größen von Vakuumbeuteln. War die richtige Entscheidung.
